At Overgrown Lawn Care & Clean-Up, we are committed to delivering dependable, high-quality lawn maintenance and property clean-up services. The following Terms & Conditions outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies that allow us to serve all clients efficiently and professionally.

​ By scheduling service with Overgrown Lawn Care & Clean-Up, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Our Commitment to You:

​  When you hire Overgrown Lawn Care & Clean-Up, you can expect:

• Professional and reliable service on your scheduled service day

• Clear communication regarding weather delays or schedule adjustments

• Billing only for services that are completed

• Careful operation of equipment with attention to property safety

• Respect for your property and surroundings

2. Customer Responsibilities:

​  To ensure safe and efficient service, clients agree to the following:​

Property Access:

  All gates must be unlocked and accessible on your scheduled service day. If our crew cannot access the property, service may be skipped.

​

Clear Work Area:

  Please remove toys, hoses, tools, decorations, branches, pet waste, and other debris from the lawn prior to our arrival. Objects left in the yard may prevent full service or create safety risks.

​

Large Obstacles:

  We do not move heavy items such as patio furniture, trampolines, playsets, grills, or similar objects. Areas blocked by these items may not be serviced.

​

Pet Waste Policy:

  For the safety of our team and equipment, all pet waste must be removed before service. If excessive pet waste is present:

• A cleanup fee of $75 may be added to the invoice

• Continued issues may result in service suspension

3. Billing & Payments:

• Invoices are issued after service completion unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment is due on the invoice due date. Invoices are issued monthly on the 27th, with payment due by the 1st of the following month. A 14-day grace period applies before late fees are assessed.

  • ​Full payment terms, including late fees and collection policies, are outlined in our Service Agreement.​

• Late payments are subject to applicable fees, collection costs, and service suspension or termination as outlined in our Service Agreement.

• No charges will be applied for weeks where service is not performed.

4. Estimates & Service Approval:

• Written estimates must be approved before work begins.

• Approval of an estimate may require agreement to a service scope and pricing.

• Any additional work requested beyond the original estimate may result in additional charges.

5. Weather & Service Conditions:

  Weather conditions may impact our ability to perform services safely and effectively.

• If conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, lightning, saturated ground), service may be rescheduled.

• If lawns are excessively wet, hazardous, or obstructed upon arrival, service may be postponed.

• We will communicate schedule adjustments as promptly as possible.

6. Property Damage & Liability:

  Overgrown Lawn Care & Clean-Up operates with care and professionalism. However:

• We are not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked items including irrigation lines, sprinkler heads, invisible fencing, landscape lighting, or objects concealed in grass.

• Clients are responsible for marking or clearly identifying sensitive areas.

• Pre-existing property damage is not the responsibility of Overgrown Lawn Care & Clean-Up.

7. Scheduling Policy:

  Once scheduled, service dates are set based on route efficiency and availability.

• We are unable to accommodate frequent last-minute rescheduling requests.

• Service frequency changes must be discussed in advance.

• Skipping scheduled service without prior agreement may affect future scheduling availability.

8. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service:

  Overgrown Lawn Care & Clean-Up reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to:

• Unsafe working conditions

• Repeated access issues

• Non-payment

• Aggressive animals

• Repeated violation of service policies

9. Agreement:

  By accepting an estimate, scheduling service, or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
